S3#26🇺🇸🇬🇧Itv, "From greenhouse to hospitality, Serre Oudinot project" in France

The Saint-jean de Dieu clinic is a private clinic located on a property dating back to the 18th century. The establishment benefits from the presence of a vast private park to the south, which is ideal for walking. A horticultural greenhouse was historically designed by the friars of the Saint Jean de Dieu hospital order responsible for the site.

The project proposes two interventions on the building: Above the ground, the existing glass roof is restored to its original state, and below it, a contemporary intervention to allow its use as a hospitality room.
