When Ile-de-France residents travel on the train "RER A", from the western suburbs to the center of Paris, they see the vast site of the former Seine paper mill. The "Arboretum" project for offices, activities and shops, designed in wood, is developed on this site: "a solution more than a place, it's a new approach to daily life, generous, comfortable, a model of innovation and creativity. "underlines François Leclercq. 

An opportunity for Paul Laigle to explain to us in this Com d'Archi #20 , the main points of this exemplary project, on the banks of the Seine, at the gates of Paris and to recall some fundamentals of the Leclercq Associates office.
