[REPLAY] S2#12🇺🇸🇬🇧"La cité universelle"

Orash Montazami, founder and director of Studio Montazami (Paris), explains precisely how "La cité universelle" is such a special project in Paris. 

Based on an inclusive conception of accessibility, in the facilities and uses, the project is seeking LA certification from Certivéa, a first in France for a project of this nature. The programming and design are centred on the performance of uses and on the desire to break down any distinction between able-bodied and disabled people.

The team of architects is : Baumschlager Eberle Architekten and Studio Montazami.

In resum, "La cité universelle, la cité du handicap" program is :

Sports hall, offices, hotel, specialised medical centre, co-working, pre-furniture

The project is in progress (delivery in 2024).
